Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and applicable legal, accounting, tax or regulatory requirements.

When a verified deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymize account-associated data that we are not required to retain. Certain records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or regulatory purposes.
Account deactivation is not treated as a substitute for an approved deletion request where deletion is required.
